Thanks for the post.
It is so true about the funding being cut when economic times are down.
Programs and treatment facilities geared toward specific groups is extremely helpful.

Thanks for the post.
Reaching the breaking point is a common situation in a number of different ways. An intervention is a great way to bring it all back together though, don't you think?

Thanks for the post.
It is a shame cig companies continue this path, but a bigger shame that some people just don't get how addictive this drug truly is.

thanks for the post.
From first hand experience there is nothing you can physically do to stop your dad. All you can do is just encourage him to 'keep on trying.' If he asks for assistance in anyway Chantrix and Welbutrin is what eventually stopped my 2 pack a day - 25 years - loved one from smoking. Nearly 10 1/2 months with no desires

Thanks for the post.
Now that is a teacher taking initiative. Although I learned about alcoholism from my parent's knee, I think it would be good for all schools to have this curriculum.

thanks for the post!
Great to see your list of the questions to ask yourself. Addiction is tough to admit to and addcits come in to recovery at various stages.
There is no cure for addiction, as, I have found out in the past really no \'cure\' for a hangover!
